Lean Kitchen
Workout Program
Designed for the Busy
Who This Program Is For
We are moms. We are dads.
We are husbands & wives.
We have careers & businesses.
We have kids that need to be picked up from school, driven to soccer practice, run home for dinner, bath & bedtime. Running all over the place.
Unfortunately, our body & health often take a backseat to all the running in our life. Enter this program.
It is simple to learn, easy to follow and is suitable & effective for all skill levels.
Most of all, it is a minimal time commitment focused on productivity that can be life-changing.
Everybody starts somewhere. Make the commitment. Prove to yourself that you can do this.
Fit & Healthy
This program is designed to help you achieve a toned, athletic aesthetic & help you become stronger & confident. “Fit” is the look many are going for and this program can help you achieve that.
- Introduction & Guidance on the very basics of a workout program
- Instructional Videos for exercises
- All mobile friendly, easy to useYour nutrition is going to play a bigger role in determining the outcome of this program: Whether you are seeking to lose a substantial amount of weight and need to be in a caloric deficit with your diet – or whether bulking up is indeed your goal and you need to be taking in a calorie surplus in your diet.
Let’s be on the same page with this though: When we say “strong” or talk about building muscle, read it as “healthy & fit”.
Equipment Needed
In order to breakdown the muscle enough to get a sufficient workout in, you need resistance. For simplicity, this program requires minimal equipment.
To start, a couple pairs of dumbbells in different weights or a set of adjustable dumbbells will be all you need. Some of the exercises do not require anything but your body.
If you do happen to be in a gym or have access to other equipment, there are plenty of variations where you can utilize other equipment and we have those listed in the exercises – but it is not necessary.
As you progress, you will become stronger & likely need additional sets so the adjustable dumbbell option or a gym will become a nice perk. Strong is fit. Strong is healthy.
In this program we will walkthrough all the steps and answer all of your questions. We’ll introduce you to the following:
