Breakfast Bowl

Real Food.
We add no artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors from artificial sources to our foods. We also do not add sugar to any of our dishes. This means a short ingredient list of only things that you can pronounce & recognize, just as if you prepared it yourself at home.
Perfect Balance.
We believe in having a good balance of lean proteins, fibrous vegetables, and complex carbohydrates. While some meals do vary, typically our meals use 5-6oz of protein, one half cup of a complex carb, and a cup of vegetables.
Controlling sugar levels is a major key to fat loss & overall well-being
so you will not find sugar or processed carbs in our meals. We simply aim to have the right nutrients in the right quantity to maintain energy balance while still making sure to fill you up.
