Loyalty App Buttons Descriptions
“My Balance” : This will show your Rewards Dollars, yearly points and points available to use as well as where you will be able to find your account card number.
“Check In” : This button is used to sign into your loyalty account while at the store. You may also use your phone number or email to sign in at the point of sale in the store.
“Leankitchenco.com” : This will direct you to our website where you can order online, look at our menu, read our story, sign up for rewards or inquire about franchising.
“Locations” : This will be a search bar to find locations nearest you. You are able to filter your map distance to see other locations around the U.S.
“Rewards” : This will be where you can redeem your points for rewards. You will see all available rewards as well as your earned points balance.
“Refer a Friend” : Share the Lean Kitchen App via text or email to receive bonus points when they sign up for the app via your link.
How do I redeem my reward points?
To redeem rewards points, select the “Rewards” tab in the app where you will then have the option to redeem points for any of the possible rewards. When you have enough points for the reward, there will be a green tab that says “redeem ___ points”. After selecting this, it will walk you through confirmation prompts where you will then be able to check in at the register where the rewards will show to the employee behind the counter.
Can I order meals on the app?
You are not able to order meals directly on the app, but you can select the “Leankitchenco.com” tab that will take you directly to our website where you will be able to place your online order.
How do I see my point balance?

What can I redeem my points for in store?
If I do not check in to my account before payment, is there any way to get credit for my purchase?
If you forget to check in for any reason, please contact someone at the store you made the purchase at and have them present proof of purchase, along with Name, Phone Number and Email associated with your Loyalty Account and send it to cooper@leankitchenco.com. The right to add these points after the purchase has been made is that of the store the purchase was made, as well as Lean Kitchen Corporate Offices.
