How do I redeem my reward points?
To redeem rewards points, select the “Rewards” tab in the app where you will then have the option to redeem points for any of the possible rewards. When you have enough points for the reward, there will be a green tab that says “redeem ___ points”. After selecting this, it will walk you through confirmation prompts where you will then be able to check in at the register where the rewards will show to the employee behind the counter.
Can I order meals on the app?
You are not able to order meals directly on the app, but you can select the “Leankitchenco.com” tab that will take you directly to our website where you will be able to place your online order.
How do I see my point balance?
There are a few ways to see your point balance. On the main screen of the app, below “Eat With Purpose”, it will show you your current balance. You can also select either “My Account” or “Rewards” where it will also show your current balance.
How do I sign in to get credit for my purchases?
Before paying for your items, select the “Check In” button within the app to display a QR code that the employee can scan into the system.. You can also sign in on the ipad at the register with either your phone number or email address.
What can I redeem my points for in store?
On the “Rewards” tab you will be able to see all of the available rewards that points may be redeemed for. They include a Free Meal (2000 points), $20 in Reward Dollars (7500 points), $40 in Reward Dollars (15000 points) or $60 in Reward Dollars (25000 points). The Reward Dollars may be used for anything in the store for purchase. The Free Meals can be redeemed for the cost of any meal and can be redeemed in quantities of more than 1.
If I do not check in to my account before payment, is there any way to get credit for my purchase?
If you forget to check in for any reason, please contact someone at the store you made the purchase at and have them present proof of purchase, along with Name, Phone Number and Email associated with your Loyalty Account and send it to cooper@leankitchenco.com. The right to add these points after the purchase has been made is that of the store the purchase was made, as well as Lean Kitchen Corporate Offices.
